Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Product Manager is expected to identify, develop and roll out new cash & trade finance products, in order to facilitate cash & trade product revenue growth. In addition, the Product manager will manage, review and refresh an existing portfolio of cash & trade finance products.

The job will require close interaction with both external and internal customers:
- To lead development of appropriate technology strategy for Cash & Trade products in line with business growth plans and anticipated new business avenues.
- To define the baseline infrastructure and requirements on market needs.
- To design user interface including information architecture, presentation, third-party content integration strategy, and overall look and feel to support the evolving product offering and ensure that we have appropriate branding and webpage material surpassing competition.
- To lead all system UAT and pilots working closely with the project and technology teams.
- To ensure completeness of solutions delivered in terms of functionality, quality, ease of use and robustness etc.
- To develop effective working relationships with corporate marketing team and support sales by ensuring a consistent end-to-end customer experience.
- To provide regular product training to corporate marketing team, operations and clients and prepare presentations to ensure continuous enhancement of product understanding and service quality to clients.
- To work closely with technology, operations and corporate marketing teams in planning and executing the future roadmap of the product.
- To conduct periodic review of platform development.

New Product Structuring and Solutions:
- Structure trade products and develop customized solutions for clients/industries including product related credit requirements
- Perform customer needs analysis and define product solutions / capabilities
- Validate new product ideas in market place
- Perform competitive analysis and market sizing
- Write product approval programs and transaction memorandums for new products
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers and partners on business requirements and needs to be responsible for identifying and flagging the risks and compliance aspects of new concepts and services.

Requirements

- Minimum University Graduate. MBA will be a plus
- Min 4-5 years of Cash Management experience, including experience in Product development and structuring, in particular Trade products.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- In depth knowledge of corporate banking products
- Strong marketing, selling and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
- Self-starter
- Computer literate
