Job description / Role
One of our major international client's, a world leading electronics manufacturer, are current looking for a Product Manager for AV within the Consumer Electronics Division.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist in product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure all aspects of 4P marketing analyze market and competitors activities and products and prepare pro-active action plan.
- Coordinate with the sales team to monitor distributor PSI (Purchase sales inventory) of each market, and work together to provide recommendation to distributors how to improve the sell-out.
- Conduct product training and prepare sales kit material.
- Work with the sales team to achieve adequate sales growth of each category in each market.
- Prepare reports on the products by segment, markets, region, sector, size, etc.
- Work with the team for product launches.
- Analyze the market trend, competitors’ strength, our distributor’s strength and weakness
- Travel frequently and establish/maintain a consistent level of communication with new and existing distributors.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams and factory teams for new product development.
- Work with other members of Business Solutions team (Marketing & Administration) to maintain a strong team spirit and quality process for marketing engagement (for example product launch)
Requirements
- Marketing background
- Strong presentation skills.
- Regional knowledge of the market and products
- Ability to manage / influence the team of the distributors.
- Priority will be given to candidates from principal company
- Minimum 8 years working in the AV (LED, LCD, 4k, Full HD)
- Product Management experience is must

Monthly Salary:
- Competitive Salary - (includes basic, housing & all other allowances).

Bi-annual Bonus:
Up to two month’s basic salary subject to company, Division & individual performance.
Company Lunch: provided.

This position will be through an outsource company for visa purposes
