Product Manager - PPE

Job description / Role

Our client, a well-established safety and engineering company in Dubai are looking to take on a specialist Product Manager to support the existing sales team.

The role will be to plan, develop, and direct sales & marketing efforts for assigned brands / products. You’ll be responsible for sales coordination, promotion, market research, documentation and overall performance. You will also improve commercial performance of the division to your assigned target with focus in market share development and customer care.

Requirements

- ESSENTIAL- Minimum of 5+ years in related industry- PPE & health and safety.
- Qualification - Graduate in Engineering or any Graduation with excellent PC skills
- Result oriented, creative; possess strong interpersonal & communication skills; have entrepreneurial leanings.

Management Skill sets:
- Planning, prioritizing and time management
- Leadership and motivation of individual team members (when applicable)
- Communication skills, empathy and mutual understanding
- Performance appraisals conducting and follow-up for team (when applicable) and self
- Effective use of reporting systems
- Financial and commercial acumen – following budgets etc
- Managing relationships – internal and external
- Conducting meetings and effective follow-up
- Business communication; letters, reports, plans etc
- Innovative, self-motivated, problem solving and decision making
- Customer care and customer service management – external and internal
- Self-development, self-control, compassionate, taking responsibility and ethical
