Employment: Full Time

A Dubai-based media and advertising agency is seeking a Production Manager-Events. You will be directly reporting to the Head of Client Servicing

Job summary:
Manage and actively participate in all aspects of advertising and events, exhibition and activation preparation, production and installation.

Main activities:
- Work with internal teams to develop, organize and implement all production collateral within accepted standards, timeframes and budgets
- Propose and manage production budgets; negotiate bids for outsourced services and resolve budgets on a regular basis
- Negotiate, procure, and manage materials and supplies; maintain relationships and accounts with key vendors, suppliers and clients
- Supervise and assist with all aspects of collaterals and stands production, fabrication and installation
- Interface with designers, suppliers and vendors for production of all needed collaterals, stands, signage, etc.
- Plan, circulate, and implement detailed production schedules for event, communicating with key personnel and coordinating meetings as needed; work with internal teams to produce event plans, layouts, and technical documentation
- Liaise with clients and vendors to secure permits and permissions for installation of collaterals
- Supervise outsourced staff for all related needs, including preparation, transportation, construction, build up, dismantle and other activities

Requirements

- Experience in production process and management is a must (7+ years)
- Solid knowledge of production materials, industry standards, market availability, best practices
- Superior project management skills, including budget administration
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, English is a must, other languages is a plus
