Job description / Role
A very large organization that specializes in large scale events is looking for a production supervisor.
Reporting to the head of maintenance you will be responsible for ensuring the drawings fit the plans for the events.
- You will manage the team that sets up the logistics of the event.
- Reading and writing autocad drawings
- You will liaise with key stake holders to ensure that the plan and the layout matches their requirements
- Liaise with clients
- Report figures to management
- Deal with any FM issues on the day
Requirements
- The successful candidate will currently be in the GCC
- You will ideally speak Arabic
- You must be able to use AutoCAD
- 5 years supervisory experience within the events industry
- Solid maintenance set up and production management of events is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent planning skills
