Production Supervisor up to 10k Aed for a Textile Manufacturing Company in Dubai

• POSITION: Production Supervisor
• SALARY: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Textile Manufacturing Company
• WORK LOCATION: Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Supervise and lead manufacturing staff, mentoring and motivating team members to ensure individual and group productivity
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure efficient product delivery
• Liaise with Production and Operation Manager to resolve non-conformances and design improvements, including custom design concepts
• Lead the Safety, Health and Environment team for Soft Shelter production
• Ensure production quality against product requirements

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, 40 years old and below

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment working as a team leader or supervisor
• Textile / fabric manufacturing experience is a must
• Good analytical and problem solving skill
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficiency in MS Office suite is required
