Due to the continued success of our Middle East operations, we are looking for a Programme Manager to be seconded into our client's organization in Abu Dhabi. This is a one year contract.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Help in developing proposals and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan and track progress.
• Coordinate availability and allocation of resources .
• Manage third parties/vendors for the execution of works.
• Manage relationships with the client stakeholders, and their requirements.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Ensure project on-time delivery, within scope and budget.
• Use appropriate verification methods for changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Report project updates and progress to management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new clients.
Requirements
• Must have BA or Msc and PMP/Prince2.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in total, 5 years in UAE.
• Flexible for urgent business travel
Competencies:
• Solid technical background in major buildings projects
• Excellent client-facing and management skills
• Appropriate written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability for organizational and multi-tasking skills including attention to details
