Description
* Lead IT Integration programmes for International Business Banking; driving design, build, test and implementation related activities
* Build a team structure to serve the programme & integration needs
* Leads IT Project teams throughout the project life cycle, including setting and controlling project parameters, producing detailed project plans, anticipating resource usage and availability, scheduling for optimum efficiency while maintaining project controls and managing team member contributions.
* Manage cross projects activities and assess program performance
* Organize & coordinate the whole program and provide guidance to project managers.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with hands on experience of delivering large scale Technology programs involving multiple Business units, Product, Operations & Channels. Specialized in Change Management and Integration Management in a well-managed and coordinated manner with appropriate level of controls. The appointed Programme Manager will be leading a major high visibility project with multiple work streams and senior stakeholders.

This role requires substantial programme management experience, understanding of technology project lifecycle, good planning and high levels of communication skills with ability to interact with senior executive stakeholders/audiences. Must possess an analytical and flexible mind set with inherent ability to overcome issues and manage risks.
