We are now seeking an exceptional Project Administrator to join our award winning team based within our Abu Dhabi Office.

This critical role will be responsible for assisting the Direcor and department with the implementation of all tasks required on a day-to-day basis, contributing to the successful operation of the department. Responsible for development issurance and tracking of department reports, databases, filing, schedules and other administrative duties.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:
* Providing assistance directly to the director and others in the department; organizing all business travel arrangements, appointments and bookings, meeting rooms, incoming and outgoing mail alongside the delivery and receipt of documentation as required.
* Advise Director and Manager of important issues related to reviews.
* Providing and maintaining Reviewer Time statistics, Inter-disciplinary hours' statistics, Document Review Time statistics, Drawing Review Time statistics, project reports, department monthly and quarterly reports alongside all financial reports for the department.
* Coordinating the director's calendar with the overall department calendar regularly and ensuring the outlook calendar is kept updated frequently.
* Assisting with the development and coordination of the design review report (ORR), marketing, project close-out and the project executive summary reports.
* Leading the department with the use of SharePoint, Aconex and other systems whilst providing guidance and training to all reviewers for any process as required in particular the issuing of review reports.
* Creating, uploading and updating electronic files in document control for department.
* Assisting in the preparation of design review services manuals, new proposals and tender bulletins.
* Attending meetings, creating meeting agenda's, recording MOM and circulating them to all attendees.
* Reviewing, implementing and maintaining a clear understanding of PM-CM and procedures and policies as outlined in the design review manual and other division published materials.
* Assisting with department marketing strategy; creating marketing tools and the implementation.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years' experience with strong skills in office and project management with knowledge in the design and construction industry alongside strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects across the GCC.

Diploma however a Bachelor's degree would be advantageous.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office Professional in particular Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, & Visio.
