Project Coordinator (Civil)

Job description / Role

The role will be responsible in planning, designing and coordinates for the company’s projects. Leads and organizes the civil works related jobs, provides assistance in operations, government issues.

Planning & Organizing
- Managing company project and ensure project is delivered within the time, with quality as planned. Ensure projects risks are reported to GM together with solutions and alternatives.
- Responsible for managing a project through the project life cycle. (Planning to close out) Overall leadership of the project team ensuring safely, timeliness of the projects.
- Co-ordinates with all parties involved with the project; internal departments, consultants, contractors and the government department.
- Coordination with all departments on all technical requirements and delivery.
- Oversee the delivery of projects according to agreed time frames
- Plans and prepares periodical preventative maintenance schedule at the beginning of each year and carries out duties mentioned therein in coordination with Production Engineer.

Requirements

- BS Degree in Civil Engineering/ Diploma
- Minimum experience of 3 years in the field of Industrial Electrical Engineering (UAE Experience),
- Work in projects of industrial constructions

Technical:
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports, statements, and correspondence
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills & Time management skills
