Project Director - Dubai

They are looking for someone commercially & technically switched on & sharp that can build relationships, motivate and lead from the front. Does this sound like you ?Well established Western Contractor is looking to recruit a experienced Project Director for a 1 Billion Building Project in Central Dubai .

This contractor is looking to appoint someone with clear experience of delivery to the highest level . You will have delivered a minimum of 1 Project in the region of 700-1 Billion AED .

You will understand how to deliver a major project in the GCC . Aspects of business development , managing a client , coordinating a large project team and delivery to a tight program & budget will be second nature to you. You will be joining a forward thinking business with a strong order book .

This employer has a reputation for delivery on time to some of the largest clients in the GCC.

They want to recruit someone that has the following sector experience locally:

- Hotels Ideally 4 or 5 */ Major Brands
- High Rise Residential & Mixed Use
- Commercial & Shopping Malls

The client is ideally looking for someone that’s educated to degree level from a Western / European University. A minimum of 15-20 Years having worked for a Top Tier International Building Contractor .

Requirements

Your CV will show clear career growth & progression within your current business. If you can deliver to the highest level for this client then you have the option to climb towards the board/ senior management team either in the GCC or in another area that they have an operating business.

Desired : Chartered / Strong Project Experience with FIDIC / Locally based in the GCC
They will not entertain anyone that has 3-4 Career moves in a short space of time regardless of reasons or market conditions. You will have a track record that screams success plus references that can be given in the most confidential manner .
