Job description / Role
The Project Director is to act as the Client Representative on behalf of Stantec and oversee all matters involving finances, contractual matters, and Stantec site staff.
• Coordinates with all parties involved at a management level.
• Client representative and liaison for Stantec.
• Presents monthly reports and necessary status reports as required.
• Manages financial and contractual matters relating to Stantec.
• Protects the Client’s and Stantec’s best interests.
• Responsibility for the overall success of the project.
Requirements
• 20 years, 10 of which in the Middle East, with 10 plus at a management level (5) years of overseeing entire teams and projects of this caliber and size.
• Minimum BS Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate or equivalent
