Job description / Role
Client is one of the largest, most prestigious developers across the Middle East and North Africa . As a result of project expansions they are looking for a project director with extensive RETAIL experience in Dubai . This will need to be someone with experience delivering multi-million dollar projects from concept through to completion.
Can you manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously?
The right candidate will be a natural leader with exceptional communication skills. You will be the company directors' point of contact, capable of relaying progress on multiple projects. You will have experience working on a variety of large scale projects, ideally at director level, for international contractors, consultancies and developers.
We are looking for someone that has a proven track record at delivering entire projects. Someone who has demonstrated progression throughout their professional career, with great technical knowledge and management skills.
Requirements
Client is looking for someone that has a proven track record at delivering entire projects in RETAIL. Must have worked exclusively on RETAIL projects for the last 15 years. Someone who has demonstrated progression throughout their professional career, with great technical knowledge and management skills. Must have extensive retail PD experience in the Middle East.
