Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The mission in this Position is to plan, lead and support projects in the areas of automation and electricity. Good organization, communication and documentation will be strong assets of the individual.

You will participate in projects from the planning stage until the project is handed over to the operational staff.

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and technical support on Electricity and/or Automation (E&A) & IT in the Factory for project and operational activities.
- Ensuring that all MES-E&A activities enhance business objectives and that people and plant safety, product quality and safety and environment are never compromised.
- Approve the project feasibility in term of automation and electricity and ensures that Nestlé standards are in place.

Validating key steps for any project including:
- The User Requirement Specification (URS)
- The Functional Design Specification (FDS)
- The Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
- Commissioning, Qualification, Validation (CQV)
- The project close out

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Early Management (EM) pillars.
- Minimum of three years of experience working in Automation or MES
- Experience in managing or supervising others (Technicians, Operators or 3rd Parties)
- Experience working with low voltage
- Experience in Industrial IT
- Experience in problem solving methodology
