Taylor Sterling is searching for an experienced Senior Project Director for our client is an award winning tier 1 Dubai based contractor
Main responsibilities:
• Project schedules and forecasts
• Effective communications between engineering, technical, construction, and project controls groups; and assistance to the project manager.
• Develop the project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans
• Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards
• Completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates
• Control project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts
• Prepare project status reports by collecting and analysing information and trends; recommending actions
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations
Requirements
• Degree in associated discipline
• Experience in high rise construction projects
• Min 5 years experience gained primarily in a contracting environment
• Middle East experience preferred with UAE experience being highly desirable
• Experience with reputable contractors
