Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a Magic Circle law firm that is looking to a hire a Project Finance solicitor with NQ - 5 pqe + to join its high profile and well established Dubai offices, as part of continued growth.
The firm is flexible about the level of hire and looking for an ambitious and bright Lawyer with a good grounding in project finance legal work, with at least a medium term commitment to living in the region.
In this role you will join one of the major players in the region, it will involve covering the full mix of project financing work, covering large-scale projects from the outset to conclusion. The position will be to work closely with the lead Partners, broader team and with clients, in relation to projects in the UAE and the broader Middle East and Africa. The firm acts for governments, sponsors, financial institutions etc. in relation to financing on high profile energy, power and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified Project Finance Lawyer, based either in the UAE with a leading international law firm or interested in relocating from the UK, Australia or New Zealand at NQ – 5 pqe level.
The firm is interested in high quality Finance Lawyers, however, Lawyers who are looking to specialise in project finance work are also welcome for consideration. Excellent Magic Circle tax free rates of remuneration on offer to attract a high calibre associate.
