Project Implementation Manager

Job description / Role

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and competent individual who is passionate about healthcare transformation and patient engagement. They must have a strong track record of project delivery, ideally in the healthcare sector, with the ability to effectively manage senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will also need to be fluent in Arabic, and Muslim, so that it is possible to travel to clients in Mecca

The role will be based at Dubai office. The role will involve travel to customer sites predominantly in the Middle East region, particularly Saudi Arabia.

The role will report to the Head of Implementation

Responsibilities
- Plan implementation projects using our implementation methodology.
- Be able to manage multiple project implementations simultaneously
- Working with customers to ensure effective project governance.
- Working closely with the Solutions Consultant to ensure that customer requirements are understood and addressed in the implementation.
- Managing customer and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying the necessary resources for implementation and working with the relevant people to provision resources.
- Managing the procurement of hardware for implementations, in collaboration with the Head of Procurement.
- Managing all third-party relationships for installation and testing of hardware and Software.
- Identifying and managing implementation risks and issues.
- Reporting on project progress and escalating appropriately.
- Ensuring that the implementation is completed in-line with quality criteria.
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners, and being an ambassador for the Oneview brand.

Requirements

- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years related experience as a Project or Programme Manager with sole responsibility for project delivery.
- Experience delivering complex projects with software, infrastructural and organizational change components.
- Must have customer-facing experience with a Management, Technology or Healthcare Consulting or software organization.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is required.
- Project Management certification is preferred.
- Vendor management experience is preferred.

- Customer satisfaction with the implementation process and the resulting solution.

Innovation:
- Innovative ideas contributed that will deliver value for customers and/or Oneview Healthcare.

Operational & People:
- Contribution to the implementation methodology
- Feedback from reports.
