Project Lead - 6 Months Contract Role

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a multi national company is currently seeking to recruit a Project Lead. This is a contract staffing role under Manpower for a period of 6 months.

Responsibilities:
- Provide project management for strategic and tactical initiatives
- Analyze existing processes to understand areas for improvement
- Support and drive the implementation of Service Models that ensure alignment of cardholder experiences with company’s product strategies
- Document and maintain all processes (using Ms Visio)
- Work with vendors to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met timely
- Coordinate all activities and communications related to projects with other teams such as legal, procurement, etc to get their buy in or approval
- Testing process from definition through execution and establishing a clear product performance monitoring process
- Manage project related communications and escalations efficiently
- Provide administrative support for ad hoc as requested work
- Plan and organize own work and keeps others informed of status and activities
- Provide project leadership for delivery of services
- Seek ways to provide additional support and value in supported roles

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ year’s experience in Project management, Process improvement, Customer Service, Customer experience and Brand management
- Credit Card, Financial Services or Insurance industry experience preferred
- Experience in design of customer service programs across multiple channels highly preferred
- Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated project management experience and Six sigma training preferred
- Bilingual preferred (English/Arabic) – not mandatory
- Functional Skills Required:
- Strong relationship and communication skills are necessary to collaborate with regional and vendor partner relationships, and product owners across MasterCard to drive results
- Demonstrated general management skills and experience including vendor management, technology development, and customer service management
- Ability to work on projects and recommendations that are global in scale and while supporting local needs
- Reengineering experience is desirable given the need to continually improve the programs' economics and quality
- A passion for the customers with demonstrated experience with Voice of customer, benchmarking and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills are essential to analyze Cardholder Experience research data to formulate improvement recommendations
