Job description / Role
G4S is currently looking for a Project Lead for Electronics Security Solutions Division. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible to ensure delivery of systems services as per client’s expectation and in accordance with the contractual obligations, thus contributing to the growth of the company.
He will also be responsible to follow and improve laid down policies, systems and procedures for smooth conduct of operations with the specific aim of providing high quality services to our clients across the country.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendation to plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, implementing execution plans, quality and customer service standards; resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing change.
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, invoice projections, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Lead a multi-cultural team of Engineers, Technicians and Helpers.
- Responsible for timely completion of installation, commissioning and handing over of the project to the clients.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or IT equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience handling multiple projects independently.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project In-Charge/Manager for a large Integrated Security Systems installation.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Low Current Systems like Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Gate Barrier, Intruder Alarm Systems, Video Analytics, etc.
- Project execution/sales background with an understanding of gross margin, costing and budgeting.
- Proficient in cost analysis and cost control.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are PMP certified.
- With valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
