Job description / Role
Our client is a well respected and growing EPC across Oil and Gas, Construction, Chemicals and Asset Maintenance. Due to continued business success a Project Leader is required, to be yard based located in Hamriyah free zone, Sharjah, with a focus on the manufacture and delivery of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Boilers and Skids.
Key to this role is substantial experience in Power Skids, as the job holder will be considered the subject matter expert and technical authority in this particular niche area.
Responsible for all the commercial aspects of the project, including budget management, key features of the role will be;
- Ensuring the initial and detailed planning and preparation the project
- Monitor, coordinate and ensure job progress, reporting any issues and delays to management with correctional planning
- Works closely with the project controls team ensuring schedules are feasible, by delivering all the inputs and resources required for the satisfactory and successful achievement of goals, schedules and milestones.
- Communication with the customer, management and other relevant departments and stakeholders involved in project execution for clear and concise execution of all requirements
- Cost estimation of the project, accurately budgeting for all required tools, materials and other resources
- Monitoring progress using generated reports.
Requirements
We are looking for a degree educated senior level engineer, with experience in project delivery and management. Market leading knowledge of the construction and engineering, and delivering projects around Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Boilers and Power Skids is required in order to successfully deliver the project on time and in budget to customer satisfaction, this is an essential requirement.
