Project Manager

Our client, a leading local contractor with a notable history of delivering high profile projects within the Middle East is currently seeking a Project Manager to join them on a prestigious building project in the UAE region.

Responsibilities include the planning, managing, coordination and financial control of major construction projects. You will ensure that the needs of the client are met and that the project is successfully completed on time and in budget.

In essence, candidate will be required to agree on project objectives, provide advice on the management of projects, making sure aims and quality standards are achieved and monitor sub-contractors.

Requirements

- Degree qualified
- 15+ years’ experience in the management of iconic / mega building projects including mixed use developments, hotels and luxury resorts.
