Project Manager

Job description / Role

- Ability to well communicate & represent company with clients, consultants & company staff.
- Has an overall responsibility of the project with respect to project constrains including planning, monitoring and execution.
- Accountable for the project from commencement date till close out
- Ensure proper deliverables are met to clients within deadlines and budget.
- Effectively applies applicable methodology and enforces project standards.
- Reporting progress regularly to the client and senior management and advice recovery actions/ plans in case of any delay
- High level of management for subcontractors is required.
- Ability to manage/ handle any project variations, claims and time extensions
- Plan Project Activities and deploy necessary resources in coordination with project team and other company’s units to achieve required milestones.
- Ensure smooth cash flow on regular basis and monitor project expanses through providing all necessary details to Project Cost Controller.

Requirements

- Essential Bachelor Degree in Electrical Power Engineering
- Certificate: PMP Certified
- Years of Experience: 5+ in relevant post
- English language proficiency is a must.
- Outstanding leadership skills are required
