Job description / Role
Well regarded Architecture and Design consultancy in Sharjah have a secure business model working with government clients on Institutional projects.
Currently they require a Project Manager to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the construction of simple and complex constructions.
- Monitor and control contractor and subcontractor performance and quality of works on site.
- Ensure that the building works are carried out according to the plans, specifications and terms of the building contract.
- Prepare and modify written documents such as reports, payment certificates, correspondences and project schedules.
This role will be spread across multiple Educational projects around Sharjah.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in consultant and experience.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in UAE as consultant Project Manager/ Resident Engineer
- Excellent use of software such as Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook...etc)
- Must be familiar with Fidic
- Must be PMP Certified.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Candidate must be well spoken in English and Arabic.
