Job description / Role
- To execute projects in a manner that will fulfill the Company goals for project execution.
- Ensuring the overall management of projects
- Take the ownership of the budget and schedule
- Participating in the selection of subcontractors
- Checking the purchasing status
- Controlling the main subcontractor
- Managing the interface with customers
- Maintaining continuous communication with customers
- Promoting products and technologies of the company and externally
- Being in relation to the project teams "clients"
Thus:
- Negotiating the technical specifications with customers (deviation, concession)
- Managing budgets and following the profitability
- Organizing and managing the quality review (PEM)
- Check deliverables status
- Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and follow up the progress
- Give feedback to the sales department on the project
- Managing the risks and opportunities associated with projects
Requirements
- Technical master level
- Experience in project management
- 8-10 years relevant experience in project engineer position/project manager in O&G business
- Good IT/communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proactive, service focused
- Has the ability to create enthusiasm
- Has good networking skills
- Is solution oriented
- Know and practice FP company values, HSE Policy and the responsibilities
