Project Manager - Dubai
Our client is a leading developer based in the UAE and they have instructed us to help them in their search for a Senior Project Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading developer, responsible for the delivery of a luxury high rise twin tower residential development in Dubai.
Requirements
* Around 15 years postgraduate experience in the delivery of complex building projects including Pre and Post-Contract
* Experience gained working for international engineering or project management firms
* Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent from a Western red brick University
* Postgraduate studies in Project Management is preferred
* Thorough understanding of FIDIC terms and conditions of contract demonstrated through experience is essential
* Middle East experience preferred but not essential
* Previous experience of delivery of High Rise Residential projects preferred
* Solid and stable career history demonstrating excellent track record of project delivery
