Project Manager

JOB OBJECTIVES
The Project Manager is expected to take ownership of service delivery engagements, ensuring quality controls are in place and stakeholder expectations are aligned and managed effectively. This role involves collaborating with partners to optimize joint outcomes and create value for client organizations. The incumbent will work closely with the Delivery Manager and report to the Business Unit Head, overseeing a team of associates and ensuring adherence to DQ's strategy, values, policies, and procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Governance and Quality Control: Enforce and review quality controls and measures to ensure effective delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor Project Progress: Track the progress of the project, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the project budget, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and financial objectives are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage and enforce controls to ensure effective alignment with stakeholders' expectations and needs.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Plan, engage, and control collaborations with external partners to optimize joint outcomes.
- Value Creation: Plan, execute, and track initiatives to create effective value for client organizations.
- Generate Project Documentation: Create detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of associates, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Reporting and Accountability: Provide regular updates to the Delivery Manager and BU Head, ensuring accountability and transparency in all engagements.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure all activities and processes align with DQ's strategy, values, policies, and procedures.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology
- Professional Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Risk Management, Business Analysis, - Change Management, and related fields.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- Govern Delivery, Manage Account, Manage Partner, Orchestrate Value, Analyse Data, Solve Problems, Develop Framework, and Develop Content.
- Cultural Skills: Uphold attitudes and behaviors aligned with DQ’s values.
- Work Framework: Align all work with DQ’s Digital Framework.
- Tasks System: Implement DQ’s task management system
