Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a government real estate and investment company that is based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit a Project Manager- Business Development and Leasing. You will be responsible for managing all leasing activities, such as attracting new leads, vetting prospective tenants and negotiations. Market research to identify new business opportunities, establish and maintain effective relationships with tenants and produce monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated in BA or Marketing, have working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices, have 5-7 years leasing and business development experience with financial modelling and reporting. Experience dealing with the Land Department is also essential
