Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of our leading public sector clients, who is looking to appoint a Project Manager of Business Relations. This role will seek to manage and strengthen relationships with government entities and corporate partners, acting on behalf of the organisation as a key contact to service its business community.
As Project Manager of Business Relations, you will develop a strong network of contacts across all government entities, business groups and councils in order to build long term fruitful relationships.
There will be a focus on monitoring business group activity, assessing challenges and recommending suitable solutions through development of action plans which address concerns identified. You will be involved in the planning and facilitation of all events and forums, including the production of the agenda and key discussion topics.
In addition, this role will support with reviewing all business partner documentation to ensure that it is fully compliant and up to date with any changes in policies or laws which could impact business plans.
Our client is looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in developing strong corporate relationships, ideally with governmental bodies.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Business or International Relations, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position focusing on corporate affairs or client relations. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
