Project Manager - Civil, Arabic Speaker

Job description / Role

This opportunity is with an Development company with their office based in Dubai.

As a Project Manager - Civil, you would be responsible in overseeing the day to day construction activities; including leading the site management team, scheduling, coordination, monitoring and execution of the project.

You will support the leadership team in managing and executing the construction-related parts of the project within time, budgetary and design specific constraints for residential, commercial and retail developments in the UAE.

Have a proven successful track record in leading and managing multi-disciplined engineering teams and sub-contractors.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in the construction management of large civil construction projects of similar size and above average complexity in urban environments. Ensuring and implementing compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Plans, and regulatory requirements applicable to the Project. Reporting any relevant issues and assisting in the development and implementation of required corrective actions. Monitor and manage the process of approvals with the authorities in coordination with the consultants/contractors. Check and ensure that all the Civil works as built drawings are submitted in line with the contract requirements and ensure civil snags are completed.

To be successful you would ideally possess 15+ years of experience in Gulf Region industry excellent English and Arabic communication skills having a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.

Experienced in Civil projects preferred. Consultancy and client's experiences are an advantage.
