Project Manager - Contract Administration Focus

Job description / Role

Leading International Design and Engineering Consultancy are looking for a Project Manager who will lead the Engineering delivery of major building projects.

Reporting into the Executive Management team, this individual will lead a number of more Mid Level Project Managers and have close collaboration with the internal Architecture and Engineering teams.

Overseeing the life of major build projects, this person will be leading from technical, contractual and construction expertise to ensure the high and revered standards of design and delivery this firm has, is maintained.

Requirements

This professional will be in the UAE with recent Project Management experience from a consultancy.

15 years post graduation of a Engineering or Architecture Degree;

Proven UAE project management experience running projects and understanding of Contracts;

Client facing experience; with the ability to lead Technical meetings, internally and externally amongst client and external consultant and contractor meetings.

Consultancy experience in the UAE is necessary.
