Guildhall is representing a renowned international Main Contractor that has been awarded two prestigious 50+ storey Towers being developed in Downtown Dubai.
An outstanding residential development requires an outstanding Project Manager.
You will be responsible for managing these projects from the beginning until probable handover in 3 years.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be currently operating as a Project Manager or Project Director for a Main Contractor
- 10 - 15 years experience in the UAE
- Must have experience on high-rise projects in the UAE
- Western Education
- Preference for Arabic speakers
Excellent prospects, security and stability on offer.
