Project Manager - Electrical

Client is an international leading engineering & construction contractor based in Abu Dhabi and they are looking for Project Managers (Electrical) to work on their projects. The job description for the Electrical Project Managers is as follows

JOB PROFILE
- Oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. Responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project as per schedule. Perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project. Manage and responsible for more than one project at a time.
- Capable/Experienced in Managing contracts, contractual issues & Liaising with client.
- Have handled/handling manpower of over 700 employees.
- Experienced/Involved in executing project with the value of US$ 100 million or above.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals with respect to safety, time, cost and quality standards.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing

Needs and requirements:
- Maintain the project budget for delivering the project within the budget defined. Report on financial status of the project.
- Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed project plans, critical path analysis,

Weekly and monthly progress reports:
- Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Ability to provide sufficient input into the technical analysis of the project
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Manage quality assurance procedures and reporting.
- Minimizes our exposure, risk on project and enforce Co.s methodology & project standards.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification BE in Electrical
- Experience Minimum 15 years
- Skills (if any) MS Windows, XP, VISTA, AutoCAD, Excel, MS Access, Power point
