Job description / Role
Our client is a leading fit out construction company covering various locations across the GCC region. Currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their well established team.
Possessing over 15 years experience within the industry the successful candidate must be degree educated in civil engineering or architecture. You will have extensive experience within the retail sector related to fit out - this is a must and your application will not be considered without this.
Requirements
You will be required to assist the PM Director in achieving departmental goals during design, construction and maintenance phases of retail outlets, new/renovation projects.
Ensuring the full process from design and build phase through to delivery. You will also be expected to co-ordinate with local authorities, contractors and sub contractors alike. In this role there will be a significant amount of travel around the GCC ensuring all deadlines are met so flexibility must be met.
