Project Manager - Fit Out Design and Build

Job description / Role

A fantastic opportunity has opened for a fit out design and build Project Manager in Dubai. My client is a market-leading contractor seeking a Project Manager to fulfill a role in development of multiple high-value projects.

Responsibilities:
- Site based Project Manager reporting to Senior Project Manager
- Monitor and manage the design and build from inception to handover. Involved at every stage.
- Liaising with the client as required
- Operational delivery of multiple projects with an overall value of up to AED 50 million.
- Managing multi-national teams.
- Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
- Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labour schedule.
- Quality Control of work done at site.

Requirements

- Fit out design and build project management experience in the UAE.
- Able to manage multiple projects at once from inception to completion.
- Be involved in design decisions as well as the implementation.
- Well presented and intuitive, you will be interacting with the client as well as working on site.
- Western candidates preferred.
