Job description / Role
Small Design practice have a sizeable Pharmaceutical project to provide Project Management/Client representative services on overseeing external consultants on the construction supervision.
Reporting into the client and overseeing the consultants on site managing the delivery process to successful project completion over the next 1.5 years.
Requirements
Based in Dubai, with Project Management experience working for a PM or consultancy firm on medium to large scale projects is required.
Ideally this individual will have 20 years experience post graduation of Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, more Consultancy experience than Contracting and have managed projects via FIDIC.
Excellent communication, client rep skills and administrative abilities, and overseeing a small internal team as well as monitoring external consultants.
