Employment: Full Time

Salary: up to AED 25,000 based on experience

Our Client, head quartered in India, has been in operations for over 30years and has earned the reputation of been one of the world`s leading interior solutions brand; dedicated to creating the most luxurious homes and corporate spaces.

Understanding their client`s needs and tastes, the highly skilled design team produce personalized styling to each product.

A team of over 1500 skilled artisans and craftsmen support the manufacture of furniture, fit outs and soft furnishings.

Due to their ongoing expansion and projects we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in High End Luxury projects

The initial project will commence in Swaziland and thereafter relocated to their Dubai Head office for ongoing projects

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Manage the project through contractors, suppliers, laborers, etc
- Participate in the prequalification and selection of sub-contractors
- Management of all interior fit out works to program, budget and quality
- Oversee the daily site works and issuing of site instructions
- Development of procurement and time schedules for each fit out project
- Manage teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with focus on interior design or equivalent
- PMP certification would be an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years experience with luxury / high end projects
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of personnel
- Experience within a luxury furniture and equipment interior projects is highly regarded
- Candidates currently residing in South Africa or GCC will be given preference
