Project Manager - Luxury Retail Fixtures

Charterhouse is currently working with a luxury retail design and production company, which specialises in permanent and temporary fixtures for travel retail and domestic markets. Our client is looking to hire a creative and experienced Project and Client Relationships Manager with a strong background working in a similar position within the luxury sector.

This role is heavily focused on client services and relationships management. The role requires a creative and organised individual with a solid understanding of the retail sector and experience managing multiple projects for high-end clients from A to Z, while ensuring the top quality of the final creation at all times.

The Project Manager will be managing the relationships with clients and will oversee the design and production of the projects with some of the most iconic brands. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of key clients, looking after all of their requirements from brief through to installation stage and aftercare. A key aspect of the role will be overseeing the design and production of projects ensuring a seamless delivery of the clients’ brief.

You will essentially project manage the entire process including negotiating prices, communicating realistic timelines, managing suppliers and keeping all parties up to date with clear communication throughout the project.The role is based in Dubai but travelling to other GCC countries might be required, depending on the project.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate must be highly organised with a can-do attitude, creative thinking and an ability to multitask and work towards tight deadlines.

The role requires an ability to read and understand technical plans, proficiency in using all tools of MS Office and a high level of communication skills in English (second language is an advantage). You must have previous experience handling projects for luxury retail brands and a good understanding of the market.
