Job description / Role
A dynamic and innovative banking client based in Dubai are looking to launch some innovative new services and functionality to their existing online and mobile channels. They need a talented and experienced Project Manager to manage this key programme of work.
Working as part of a strategic team responsible for executing key retail banking business objectives, the Project Manager will primarily be responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of the next generation online/mobile service built on the Backbase platform.
The successful Project Manager will be working with the direct channels team both on the business and technology side with the purpose of introducing new functionalities and offerings that will improve customer experience across the mobile, online and tablet channels.
The role will also involve the day to day management of a small team supporting the delivery of these projects and programmes of work.
Requirements
Candidates will need strong commercial experience working within similar roles with a proven track record of managing similar projects within the online/mobile banking space. Given the nature of the role, candidates are expected to have working knowledge of the Backbase platform as well as prior team leading and management experience.
Furthermore candidates are expected to hold a relevant degree and should be creative, innovative individuals who enjoy working within a collaborative environment.
