Project Manager - Switchgear - UAE
55K AED per month total package figure
An international consultancy have been recently awarded a new PMC Services for a Switchgear Upgrade Project on an oil & gas facility in Abu Dhabi. Due to this they currently have an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi.
This position requires demonstrated ability to manage major projects in power, oil and gas companies in-house or as part of Consultant's team. Candidates shall have the potential to manage, direct and guide the team to achieve the project objectives. In addition must be assertive and firm in dealing with EPC Contractor, OEMs, vendors while exercising absolute control on the work.
High professional competence and management skills are the prime requisites to motivate the project team to achieve high quality performance.Required Skills & Experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with relevant Project Management experience in major Substations and Power Generation projects.
- Specific experience in Middle East for renowned clients is essential.
- Must have been in a consultant's organization in a similar position.
The position is offered on an initial 3 year contract basis.
