Job description / Role
Projects role focusing in particular on large scale construction, infrastructure and power projects. This hire will need to be familiar with these sectors and will work on a range of EPC developments, projects and project finance.
Client Details
My client is a family owned investment company who invest money into large scare infrastructure, marine and power projects. This includes a variety of ports, marine transportation, infrastructure contracting, travel & tourism, etc.
Description
It is a Projects role so will involve EPC development, PPP, Project Finance, etc. You will be responsible for the development of the group's energy and infrastructure platform.
Job Offer
This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a Projects lawyer to work inhouse in a lean legal team. This hire will enjoy a clear path to General Counsel within the short/medium term. The quality of work is exceptional and is cross-border in nature.

To be considered you MUST have the following:
* Training from a leading international law firm, ideally Magic Circle or US
* Background and expertise in a wide range of Projects work
* Experience of having worked on deals from the bidding stage to closing
Requirements
The following would be a plus:
* Experience with marine/ power projects
* In-house experience from a private company in a relevant sector
* Arabic language skills
