Projects Manager

Job description / Role

Project managers ensure the project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Projects Manager will be acting as the Head Department of the Team and will deal with Financial aspects involve in each Projects. Project managers oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Setting project objectives and critcal path
- Representing the client's or organisation's interests
- Providing advice on the management of projects
- Organising the various professional people working on a project
- Carrying out risk assessment
- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
- Making sure the quality standards are met
- Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
- Client relation
- Respecting and Working to time lines
- Respecting budgets of the projects
- Responsible for Glee’s budgets related to projects to ensure monhtly income targets are met
- Handover of projects
- Restructuring the department
- Reporting to Managing director on a regular basis
- Reporting to clients on weekly basis
- Recruiting and terminating employment of project team members
- Annual assesment of project team members

Requirements

- Must be a graduate of any business related course
- Must have a relevant experience, at least 3 years in similar field
