Job description / Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Promoter to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Promoter will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting products or services, and driving sales through effective communication and customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Promote products or services to drive sales and meet targets
- Provide information about the features, advantages, and benefits of the products or services
- Demonstrate the use or operation of the products as needed
- Distribute promotional materials and samples as required
- Maintain a clean and organized promotional area
- Collect and report customer feedback and market insights
Requirements
- For Arabic Speaker/Russian Speaker and Filipinos
- Proven experience as a Promoter or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for engaging with people
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Marketing is a plus
