Job description / Role
SBK Real Estate is currently undergoing a huge expansion plan and as such we are looking for skilled and professional individuals who can work as Property consultant in free hold areas. We practice is in line with the rules and regulations of RERA, the governing body of real estate in Dubai.
Main responsibilities
- Your role as a Property Consultant you need to assist Sales Manager in actively sourcing of new business and in developing and maintaining of existing clients.
- Maintain regular contact with developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones.
- Attend property viewing prospective owners and tenants
- Keep up to date with UAE real estate market and proposed developments, property laws, tenants, developers, investors, competitors and their marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate files, records and databases.
- Produce reports when required to update management and clients.
- Ensure documents are correctly filled, deposits paid and contracts are delivered properly.
- Meet and negotiate with business partners to finalize transactions.
- Meet with developers and landlords to secure properties and developers for listing with SBK Real Estate.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a developer or real estate agency in similar capacity with proven track record.
- Only candidates with valid UAE driving license may apply.
- Through understanding of UAE property market.
- Excellent communication skills.
