Job description / Role
Objectives:
Carrying out day-to-day functions of sales either independently or in conjunction with other Sales Consultants.
Main responsibilities:
- Sales - buying and selling brokerage
- Off plan sale
- Sourcing leads
- Follow-up company leads
- Maintaining accurate records
Reporting to: Managing Director
Duration: Permanent position
Desired start date: Within a month
Probation: 2 months (depends on the candidate)
Working Hours: Flexible
Commission / Bonus: Attractive package for the right candidate

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or University
- Other certifications obtained: RERA certificate is preferred
- Dubai Real Estate experience with knowledge of market trends
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
Communicative, proactive and positive personality with sales skills and ability to negotiate.
Nationality Preference: Open to any nationality
Language Fluency: English, Arabic preferred
