Property Consultant - Leasing

The role on hand would broadly cover the following responsibilities:
- Assist clients with property rentals
- Building a database of clients/customers
- Ensuring that the correct marketing is being done for the listed properties, and following up internally with the required departments
- Hold open house inspections, instructing clients on best practices for selling success and liaising between renters/owners and prospective buyers for property inspections.
- Coordinating on the preparation of legal documents including listings and sales contracts
- Ensuring terms and conditions of agreements are met
- Maintaining and liaising with clients, building relationships with clients to encourage returning business.
- Coordinate property closings and overseeing document signing
- Analyse market trends to determine competitive market prices

Requirements

- Minimum of three years experience as a Sales/leasing Property Consultant
- Proven track record
- Excellent knowledge of property, sales and leasing brokerage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working to targets
- A high level of written and spoken English (additional languages would be advantageous)
- The ability to self-manage
- A full driving license
