Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent

Experienced Property Consultants / Real Estate Agents are sought to join this reputable estate agency based close to Downtown and Business Bay, Dubai.

The organisation is UAE’s leading real estate company specialising in the sales and leasing of both commercial and residential properties, as well as offering Property Management services throughout Dubai.

They have already achieved an accolade by winning the “Editor’s Choice – Best Real Estate Brand: New Entrants” by the People’s Choice Real Estate Awards 2015. They have also partnered with leading developers in Dubai including Emaar, Danube and DPG.

They are now seeking Property Consultants / Real Estate Agents to join their dedicated team of thirty plus employees, working across two offices.

Title: Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent
Location: Dubai, UAE (close to Downtown and Business Bay)
Earnings: Salaried or commission only packages available - 4000 AED per month, plus 40% commission, OR 50% commission only
Benefits: Employment visa, medical insurance

The Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure conversion of leads to buyers
- Attending to sales, leasing and re-sales queries
- Sourcing property listings from property owners
- Collecting full details of properties including photo shoots, floor plans and any other details
- Assembling detailed property portfolios and presenting them to clients
- Drawing up tenancy contracts / legal agreements

Requirements

The ideal Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent will possess the following:
- Experience as a Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant / Sales Negotiator / Sales Executive
- A UAE driving licence and your own vehicle
- An RERA certification
- Fluency in Arabic and English - candidates with native language skills from UK, Australia, South Africa, Russia, Bulgaria and Eastern Europe are particularly desirable
- A self-motivated, proactive working attitude
