Salary: Commission basis
One of our most prestigious Real Estate Clients is expanding their team and seeking an experienced Property Consultant (Sales) who will take the business to the next level.
Reporting to the CEO, this role is required to be with knowledge in closing sales and freehold deals. Under functional guidance, this role is aimed at investment and property advisory and do the property deals successfully.
Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of property and laws relevant to buying and selling properties.
- Business relation and dealing with high-net investors and VIP clientele in UAE.
- Good Interpersonal skills
- To achieve monthly target
- Knowledge of Municipal planning process
- To source and close new leads from freehold market
Requirements
- Graduate from recognized university/college
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in UAE
- Excellent in English and Arabic is a plus
- Negotiation skills
