Job description / Role
Provide a range of real estate services (residential or commercial sales and/or rentals/leasing), build personal profile and market share whilst creating clients for life.
Be a successful area specialist within a defined focus market area (FMA) achieving a 10% market share through planned and professional implementation of LJ Hooker defined income producing activities to prospect, list, negotiate, sell and build a client advocate network.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years real estate experience with at least 1 year real estate experience in Dubai
- Team Player - participation in team discussions, planning, training and development
- Maintenance of RERA certification through ethical and professional dealings
- Existing network and listing portfolio within an area of specialization
- Knowledge of current market trends and ability to stay abreast of movements in markets and client expectations and articulate same
- Sense of humor and open to friendly supportive work environment
- Testimonials and proven record of real estate performance
