Property Executive - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate - Dubai

The responsibilities for this role would be to assist the Property Management and Leasing team in managing all assets under the control of the Department ensuring a first class service to all customers and tenants within these assets and to coordinate all property management requirements with internal and external departments, organisations and professional bodies.

The duties would involve liaising with internal & external parties and service providers regarding all aspects of property, asset and facility management. In particular, maintenance responsibilities of service providers and obligations of utility companies; monitor all property management financial transactions relative to the portfolio including contractual obligations, purchasing and procurement; manage Facility Management (FM) service level agreements and FM service contracts for the portfolio, etc.

This role reports into the Head of Property Management and Leasing and will be based out of Festival City, Dubai.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in residential property management within the GCC economy along with a degree in property management or similar Business Sciences related degree

Technical knowledge of construction, buildings, quality control and MEP is a must.

Someone with patience and ability to handle difficult situations would be a good fit.
