Mackenzie Jones are currently working in partnership with a leading financial establishment based in Dubai to seek out a property fit out coordinator/administrator. This opportunity comes with excellent career prospects in a prime, sought after location based within state of the art office premises.

The main function of this role is to essentially be the backbone of the property management department. You will be responsible for ensuring an excellent administration function to support the department in over achieving on targets.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate internal process and daily operations with the fit out manager
- Assist the team in providing the team with required documents
- Support and assist the team in providing business plans
- Prepare and administer company wide policies and procedures
- Working alongside the procurement department to issue quotations to external clients
- Maintain records of supplier payments
- Review and analyse important legal documents
- Technical document control
- Liaise with all relevant departments to assist in budget preparation
- Comply with legal procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role it is essential that your career history demonstrates a very strong background in supporting a large scale facilities management function preferably within Real Estate. This candidate should be commercially aware and have the ability to provide the highest standard of service to internal as well as external stakeholders.

Ideally you will hold a diploma and be familiar with facilities management software systems. Arabic speakers are preferred for this role although not essential but highly advantageous.
